The Fortis Hospital project, located in Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi, is a state-of-the-art multi-specialty healthcare facility designed to deliver high-quality medical services with advanced infrastructure and patient-centric planning.

Spread across a site area of approximately 7 acres, the development features a built-up area of 31,200 sq. meters. The hospital is planned as a 500-bed facility, with 250 patient beds completed in Phase I, ensuring scalability for future expansion.

Executed with precision and efficiency by RRA Project Management Pvt. Ltd., the project reflects excellence in project management, coordination, and timely delivery of complex healthcare infrastructure.

This facility integrates comprehensive diagnostic, therapeutic, and engineering services, creating an efficient and well-coordinated medical environment. The design emphasizes functionality, accessibility, and operational efficiency to support modern healthcare demands.

The project is developed as an energy-efficient building in compliance with the Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC). It is also among the first hospitals in India to be registered under the TERI-GRIHA green building rating system, achieving a 3-star rating—demonstrating a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Designed by renowned architect Stein Mani Chowfla, the project stands as a benchmark in modern healthcare infrastructure, combining architectural excellence with high-performance project execution.
