Golden Haveli

Located in the historic lanes of Chandni Chowk, Delhi, Golden Haveli Dharampura is a remarkable heritage restoration project that celebrates the rich cultural legacy of Old Delhi while integrating modern functionality.

Spread across an area of approximately 9,000 sq. ft., the haveli stands just 50 meters from the iconic Haveli Dharampura, forming part of a larger narrative of heritage revival in the region. Following the success and global recognition of Haveli Dharampura—which received the prestigious UNESCO Asia-Pacific Award for Cultural Heritage Conservation—Golden Haveli was entrusted as another significant restoration initiative.

The project was designed by Spaces Architect@ka and executed by RRA Project Management Pvt. Ltd., showcasing excellence in heritage conservation and adaptive reuse.

Golden Haveli is thoughtfully designed around a central courtyard, with ornate galleries and traditional doorways opening into serene, restful spaces. Drawing inspiration from its historical roots, the project successfully balances authenticity with accessibility, creating an immersive cultural experience.

A proud milestone for the team was the recognition received during the inauguration, where RRA Project Management Pvt. Ltd. was honored by Dr. S. Jaishankar, reflecting the project’s significance at a national level.

Golden Haveli Dharampura stands as a testament to the revival of heritage architecture—preserving history while making it relevant and engaging for contemporary use.
