RSSB Oncology Block

Located in Mohali, the Fortis Hospital Oncology Block is a specialized expansion of the existing healthcare facility, developed to enhance cancer care services with advanced infrastructure and patient-focused design.

Spanning a built-up area of approximately 7,200 sq. meters, the project is planned as a dedicated oncology block comprising 2 basement levels, ground floor, and 4 upper floors. This expansion strengthens the hospital’s capacity to deliver comprehensive cancer treatment and critical care services.

The facility includes 87 patient beds, along with ICU waiting areas and renovated operation theatres integrated within the existing hospital structure. The design ensures seamless connectivity with the current facility while maintaining efficient clinical workflows and patient convenience.

Executed by RRA Project Management Pvt. Ltd., the project highlights expertise in handling complex hospital expansions with precision, quality, and timely delivery.

A key architectural feature of the project is the external façade treatment, which is designed to match the existing building using red sandstone and Dholpur stone through a dry cladding method—ensuring visual continuity and durability.
