Spread across an expansive 11-acre site (approximately 45,000 sq. meters), the property is predominantly constructed in wood, reflecting classic colonial design while harmonizing with the natural surroundings of the Himalayas. The project showcases a seamless blend of heritage aesthetics and modern hospitality standards.

This phase of development involved the commissioning of all public areas, back-of-the-house facilities, extensive external development works, and 50 premium guest suites. Each space has been carefully designed and executed to enhance guest comfort while maintaining the legacy and elegance of the property.
