Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh

The Project is a 500 bed multi-specialty hospital, with 250 patient beds capacity completed in Phase I with built-up area of 4 lacs sq. ft. The total site area is 7 acres.

The hospital is an energy efficient building that complies with the ECBC (Energy Conservation Building Code). It is the first hospital building in India to have registered for the GRIHA green building rating system. The project was awarded a 3-star TERI-GRIHA rating.
