InterGlobe Corporate Office

Interglobe had a brief to refurbish the existing twin towers at DLF Corporate Park. The design intervention envisioned by the architects resulted in the interlinking of the two towers by triple heighted atrium. The atrium contained two glass elevators along with elevated walkways which linked the fl oor plates of the two buildings into one.

Lumax Corporate Office

Lumax Corporate Office is the central administrative hub of Lumax Industries Limited, one of India's leading manufacturers of automotive lighting systems and components. The building features energy-efficient lighting, water-saving fixtures, and a waste management system. The office is located in the city of Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

Mazars Office

Mazars is an international accounting, audit, and consulting firm with offices located in various cities around the world. The Mazars office is designed to facilitate collaboration and productivity. The office uses energy-efficient lighting and HVAC systems, and has implemented waste management practices to minimize its impact on the environment.

LR Energy

The project was part of the design build collaboration which RRA has recently forayed into. The project was a fitout in the Oberoi tower building located adjacent to Cyberhub, Gurugram. The Interior project takes full advantage of the high ceiling heights by using large glass partitions, doors, false ceilings which flush with the glazing. This enables a 270 degree view from anywhere in the space.

Eicher Volvo Corporate Office

The site area is 1 acres. It is located in the institutional area of sector-32, Gurgaon. The total built-up area is approximately one lakh sq.ft. with two basements + Ground + six storeys. The architect designed this structure to be an iconic building for Eicher group. The building was designed completely in steel with an RCC deck slab. The building has Platinum LEED Certification

Triburg Headquaters

The building is a five storied structure with a single basement with built up area of 1.5 lakh sq.ft. Under the TERI GRIHA system, the entire building was designed and constructed keeping in mind the environmental and energy conservation measures
