The Project is a 500 bed multi-specialty hospital, with 250 patient beds capacity completed in Phase I with built-up area of 4 lacs sq. ft. The total site area is 7 acres.The hospital is an energy efficient building that complies with the ECBC (Energy Conservation Building Code). It is the first hospital building in India to have registered for the GRIHA green building rating system. The project was awarded a 3-star TERI-GRIHA rating.

Super specialty Rockland hospital at IMT Manesar is first green building of Manesar. The Complex has ancillary block with one room & double room residential facilities and other services & facilities. The hospital has 8 modular operating theatres, high end diagnostic services, intervention Cath Lab, huge intensive care units, endoscopy suite, emergency & trauma care services.

Rockland Hospital is the Multi-Specialty Hospital in Dwarka with 100 bed capacity. It has modern operation theatres, intervention Cath lab, intensive care unit and in-patient rooms ranging from economy to single luxury rooms.The design has ensured full utilization of natural light and air circulation.

Rockland Hospital is a multi-specialty hospital in Qutub institutional area with a capacity of 200 beds and 17 ICU beds. It has 3 modular Operation Theatres, Intervention Cath Lab, CCU services, Non-Invasive Cardiology Lab and in-patient rooms - Economy rooms (6 & 3 bed units), double rooms and single rooms.The hospital atrium surrounded with fountains and greenery adds a soothing and healing touch of its own.

It’s an expansion of existing hospital especially for Cancer patients called Oncology Block, having 2 Basements and Ground+4 Floors.
It includes 87 bedded patient rooms and ICU waiting areas and renovative OTs in the existing building. External cladding is to be matched with existing red sand stone and dholpur with dry cladding method.

Prem Cancer Hospital is a state-of-the-art cancer treatment facility with medical, surgical & radiation oncology and nuclear medicine specialties .
It is a 100 bedded hospital.
