Our Institutional projects showcase the vast possibilities of size, scope and complexity depending on the goals of the client and the needs of the community it serves.

The British School, New Delhi, was completed in 2016. The challenge was to construct the new school buildings on the existing site without disrupting the existing school that would become redundant eventually.The development of the school was carried out in two phases.

The school is set up under the aegis of St. George’s Education Society, in the memory of Paul. M. George (son of Shri. M. G. George Muthoot, Chairman of The Muthoot Group).

The Sagar School is a co-educational, residential school located in the historic city of Alwar, Rajasthan, India. The school is situated on a sprawling 160-acre campus. The Sagar School offers a comprehensive and holistic education that is designed to develop the intellectual, social, and emotional skills of its students.

A comprehensive up gradation programme of the Doon School’s Library was undertaken in order to make it more “green” and student centric .The project dealt with the idea of rehabilitating a very significant piece of the Doon School history.

The project involved a complete interior fit-out of the auditorium block. Structural retrofitting works of the outer shell of the building as well as the basement were carried out. It is a 540 seater auditorium with a black box.

The project involved a comprehensive upgradation of the interiors of the building, which was an existing auditorium, designed by Stein.

This building was originally designed by Mr. Raj Rewal as staff quarters. It’s consrtuction had begun in 1969.This building was structurally retrofitted and adapted for a pri- mary school. The project involved structural strengthening, interior fit-out and upgradation works.

The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training was shifted from Bhawalpur House (near Mandi House) to Dwarka.This is a 7 acre site in Sector-7, Dwarka. Established in 1979, pioneered by Smt. Kamaladevi Chattopadhyay and Dr. Kapila Vatsyayan.

The Ikeda Auditorium is a new addition to the 170 Acre BSG Friendship Centre in Bilaspur.It is a 3000 seater auditorium with a retractable screen. It is the largest auditorium project in North India.
