Design Build Projects

We are driven by the philosophy that all design solutions be it building, space or product must conform and address all requirements from the ones specified to the unstated. RRA approaches all projects as a unique challenge. We strive to consistently deliver high quality standards driven by strong design, rigorous processes and extensive collective dialogue.

LR Energy

The project was part of the design build collaboration which RRA has recently forayed into. The project was a fitout in the Oberoi tower building located adjacent to Cyberhub, Gurugram. The Interior project takes full advantage of the high ceiling heights by using large glass partitions, doors, false ceilings which flush with the glazing. This enables a 270 degree view from anywhere in the space.

Himalayan Ales

Himalayan Ales is a well-known brewery located in Malanpur, a town in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. The brewery specializes in producing a range of craft beers that are inspired by the Himalayan region of India. The company is committed to using natural, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, which helps to ensure that its beers are of the highest quality.

Kai Bar

The vision of the bar was to make it both modern and classic, warm and comfortable. The concept of the bar is the 1920s Art Deco library inspired by the American Prohibition period. The style is characterized by vertical lines and angular details. In the project, we extensively used triangular and rectangular geometric designs. Light is one of the most important elements in our design. It was conceptualized to be indirect light, gentle, and would aid in the interplay of the mirrors.

Greenwood Farms

The house blends with the beautiful surroundings. The facade is put together with light grey texture paint, large glass windows and pine wood cladding. The skylight aligned with the winter sun, lights up the outdoor space with warm sunlight.The furniture is made from recycled and aged Burma teak adds sustainability and art. The contemporary elements in the project are the combination of Scandinavian functionality and Japanese rustic minimalism. The two combine to create a feeling of art, nature and simplicity.

Malhotra Cables

Malhotra Cables is a well-established Indian company that specializes in the manufacturing and supply of electrical wires and cables. The company has been in operation for over 30 years and has gained a reputation for producing high-quality products. Malhotra Cables has a well-established distribution network that ensures timely delivery of its products to customers across India.
